Strategies for Hiring and Retaining the Right People.

People often ask me, “What can be done to decrease employee turnover?” The answer is simple: start by building a triangle of (Value, Culture, and Vision) and then hire the right people thanks to the scorecard.

Building culture begins at the first candidate interview, with body language, wording, questions, tone of voice, and transparency… then, you should be aligned with what you sold to the candidate from the first day. Then Optimizes the recruitment process by introducing the candidate to your team for the human fit.

Once you have the right people, you can focus on retaining them and reducing the turnover rate.

Select the right Team :

They won't want to leave if you have the right people in the right positions. Everyone wants to be a part of a winning team, and by showing how their contributions will help the company succeed, you can motivate them to give their best effort.

Incentive employees :

It’s also important to offer incentives to all employees, not just those in sales. This demonstrates that you care about their personal and professional goals and are invested in their growth and development.

Perks :

Provide opportunities for growth and development: Employees who feel they have opportunities to learn and grow are likelier to stay with a company. Add your company knowledge perks, consulting, coaching, and formation… to help people overgrow (Ex: English courses, Sales coaching…).

Gather feedback:

Listen to employee feedback: Ask for feedback regularly, and take their suggestions and concerns seriously. This can help you identify and address issues contributing to turnover.
