What does a scorecard mean?

Creating a hiring scorecard can bring objectivity, clarity, efficiency, and alignment to the hiring process. It provides an objective and consistent way to evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria, ensures that all stakeholders are on the same page, saves time and resources, and ensures that new hires fit the company culture and goals well.

How to use it?

1- Duplicate the template for each job

2- Define people involved in the recruitment process

3- Make a list of necessary skills and expectations for the job (10 max)

4- Read level definitions

5- Each recruiter needs to assess the candidate on different criteria and skills
